1. 30-Day Guarantee & Return Conditions

Fitness Gear & Resistance Bands: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for your elastic resistance bands. To be eligible for a refund, the bands, handles, and accessories must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and packed securely in their original storage bag.

Supplements (Opened/Used): We want you to try our products risk-free. If you have used a supplement consistently for at least 2 weeks and are genuinely unsatisfied with your results, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will honor our money-back guarantee for one opened bottle per customer.

Supplements (Unopened): You have 30 days from delivery to return any completely unopened, sealed bottles in their original packaging for a full refund.
2. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return or request a refund under our guarantee, please email us directly at staminakinetics@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request.
⚠️ Please Note: Do not send your items back to the manufacturer address printed on the packaging or bottles without contacting us first. We cannot track, receive, or process unapproved packages.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Defects and Damages
If your resistance bands arrive damaged, or if you experience any unexpected manufacturing issues with the materials during your initial workouts, please email us immediately at staminakinetics@gmail.com with a photo of the defect so we can issue a replacement right away.
5. Refunds & Processing
Once your return package is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed and applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
